The number of categories defined by the European regulations for operations with a UAS is ? Correction > remote

exemple question 1
The regulations aim to protect other aircraft (aeroplanes helicopters ultralight aircraft etc ) people on ground the three categories are open specific certified low risk operation (open) high risk operation (specific) highest risk operation (certified).

The 'STS Remote Pilot Theoretical Knowledge Certificate' has a validity of ?

exemple question 2
The 'sts remote pilot theoretical knowledge certificate' has a validity of The regulations aim to protect other aircraft (aeroplanes helicopters ultralight aircraft etc ) people on ground the three categories are open specific certified low risk operation (open) high risk operation (specific) highest risk operation (certified).

The term 'unmanned aircraft system' means ?

exemple question 3
The term 'unmanned aircraft system' means The drone itself its system all other equipment used to control operate it (command kit catapult if any etc). The regulations aim to protect other aircraft (aeroplanes helicopters ultralight aircraft etc ) people on ground the three categories are open specific certified low risk operation (open) high risk operation (specific) highest risk operation (certified).

exemple question 4
Which following systems are considered as drone uas 1 drone toy2 privately made drone3 commercial drone4 aero model The drone itself its system all other equipment used to control operate it (command kit catapult if any etc). The regulations aim to protect other aircraft (aeroplanes helicopters ultralight aircraft etc ) people on ground the three categories are open specific certified low risk operation (open) high risk operation (specific) highest risk operation (certified).

5
The european regulations uas operations do not include The drone itself its system all other equipment used to control operate it (command kit catapult if any etc). The european regulations drone operations do not include 'indoor operation indoor operations are operations that occur in or into a house or a building or more generally in or into a closed space such as a fuel tank a silo a cave or a mine where likelihood of a drone escaping into outside airspace very low.

6
The regulation that affects you as operator or remote pilot an uas Commission implementing regulation (eu) 2 9/947. The european regulations drone operations do not include 'indoor operation indoor operations are operations that occur in or into a house or a building or more generally in or into a closed space such as a fuel tank a silo a cave or a mine where likelihood of a drone escaping into outside airspace very low.

7
Uas regulation divided into three categories these categories were decided based on Level of risk operation. The regulations aim to protect other aircraft (aeroplanes helicopters ultralight aircraft etc ) people on ground the three categories are open specific certified low risk operation high risk operation highest risk operation.

8
The open sub categories which vlos rule visual line of sight must be applied during entire flight are Level of risk operation. These sub categories are designed around following principle 'the heavier further safer' meaning that heavier your drone is further away from people you must fly your drone so as to keep people property safe.

9
Today you will fly under open category a1 which classes of uas are you able to fly Class c or class c. These sub categories are designed around following principle 'the heavier further safer' meaning that heavier your drone is further away from people you must fly your drone so as to keep people property safe.

10
Today you will fly under open category a2 which classes of uas are you able to fly Class c to class c2. These sub categories are designed around following principle 'the heavier further safer' meaning that heavier your drone is further away from people you must fly your drone so as to keep people property safe.

11
Today you will fly under open category a3 which classes of uas are you able to fly Class c to class c4. These sub categories are designed around following principle 'the heavier further safer' meaning that heavier your drone is further away from people you must fly your drone so as to keep people property safe.

12
The three open sub categories a1 a2 and a3 are related to Protection of people on ground the mass of drone. These sub categories are designed around following principle 'the heavier further safer' meaning that heavier your drone is further away from people you must fly your drone so as to keep people property safe.

13
Max weight a class c0 uas in open category Protection of people on ground the mass of drone. These sub categories are designed around following principle 'the heavier further safer' meaning that heavier your drone is further away from people you must fly your drone so as to keep people property safe.

14
Max weight a class c1 uas in open category Protection of people on ground the mass of drone. These sub categories are designed around following principle 'the heavier further safer' meaning that heavier your drone is further away from people you must fly your drone so as to keep people property safe.

15
Does a class c0 uas need to be registered No except if equipped with a sensor able to capture personal data. Uas operators shall register themselves when operating within open category any of following unmanned aircraft i with a mtom of 250 g or more or which in case of an impact can transfer to a human kinetic energy above 80 joules ii that equipped with a sensor able to capture personal data.

16
Does a class c1 uas need to be registered No except if equipped with a sensor able to capture personal data. Uas operators shall register themselves when operating within open category any of following unmanned aircraft i with a mtom of 250 g or more or which in case of an impact can transfer to a human kinetic energy above 80 joules ii that equipped with a sensor able to capture personal data.

17
Max weight a class c2 uas in open category No except if equipped with a sensor able to capture personal data. Uas operators shall register themselves when operating within open category any of following unmanned aircraft i with a mtom of 250 g or more or which in case of an impact can transfer to a human kinetic energy above 80 joules ii that equipped with a sensor able to capture personal data.

18
Max weight a class c3 uas in open category No except if equipped with a sensor able to capture personal data. Uas operators shall register themselves when operating within open category any of following unmanned aircraft i with a mtom of 250 g or more or which in case of an impact can transfer to a human kinetic energy above 80 joules ii that equipped with a sensor able to capture personal data.

19
Max weight a class c4 uas in open category No except if equipped with a sensor able to capture personal data. Uas operators shall register themselves when operating within open category any of following unmanned aircraft i with a mtom of 250 g or more or which in case of an impact can transfer to a human kinetic energy above 80 joules ii that equipped with a sensor able to capture personal data.

20
In subcategory a2 no person uninvolved in operations shall be within 5 m horizontally of unmanned aircraft. Uas operations in subcategory a2 shall be conducted in such a way that unmanned aircraft does not overfly uninvolved persons the uas operations take place at a safe horizontal distance of at least 30 metres from them the remote pilot may reduce horizontal safety distance down to a minimum of 5 metres from uninvolved persons when operating an unmanned aircraft with an active low speed mode function after evaluation of situation.
